Pangkor island has limited number of motor vehicles and roads. Roads are windy and built alongside cliffs, many times narrow and precarious.

This has made many parts of the island inconvenient or inaccessible to tourist.

Pangkor Cable Car aims to improve connectivity island wide by linking Teluk Batuk to Teluk Gedung, Pasir Bogak, Pulau Mentagor, Teluk Dalam, Sg. Pinang Kecil to the main Jetty

With improved connectivity, the island will be able to enjoy more tourist, visiting more places.
